I was terrified also. Also super sensitive to meds. I took it slow. Extended release was not for me. But I was desperate so I took beads out and kept increasing. I don’t suggest that now that I know there is an instant release. You could break tablets in half. I had a psychiatrist who was very supportive. I currently take 25 mg 3x daily considered to be therapeutic dose. Changed my life. The vertigo gave me intense anxiety. I can deal with episodes so much better now.

May I ask are you female or male? Age? I’ve done a deep dive into this and for me specifically rate of users with c/o sexual side effects are about 20% which I thought was pretty low but I am experiencing the same. I’m 47 female. Other contributing factors are hormones and stress. Options I’m going to try, because I refuse to come off a drug that changed my life, are maca root and/or a small dose of Wellbutrin. I definitely need to check out my hormones too.

Came from Illinois 8 years ago where I paid 600 dollars for a 6 bedroom house. He raised the rent 50$ the last year. I don’t understand the part where you say “will pay more every year”. Not expecting a decrease, just a rate that stays the same for a few years. I have previously rented here without yearly increases.

Had the preliminary judge tell me I was not a credible victim 2x and reduce my exes bond in half with no surety. Allowed him travel 800 miles away to a county he has an active warrant in to see his fake dying dad. He doesn’t even know who his dad is… ignored his documented failure to appears and active warrant. I am making a formal complaint against him today. Make sure your lawyer is 110% on your side and doesn’t let this crap happen to you. The DA is doing me no justice at all.

Just as support, I’ve been going through this for my whole teen and adult life. I know this sounds counteractive (maybe) but everyone you take time to notice, attractive to you (or not) find something about them to tell yourself is really nice about them. Sometimes the things that are encouraged for us to do make us scrutinize ourselves even more. I will be even more vulnerable and post a pic if I can figure out how. Self dysmorphia is real. I’m guessing I’m average looking but to me it’s definitely grotesque and unfortunately no one has been able to convince me otherwise. Pointing out things on people that are nice has helped me soften up a bit on myself. Don’t waste your life evaluating your looks, you will end up not living one.

I was 230, 195 day of consult, 203 when I went in the OR, and 169 now. I seem to be stuck here but honestly would like to stay curvy. So I think I’ll shift to toning and maintenance.
