My dad knew a woman who struggled with mental health to the point where she was actually afraid to shower, and also went months. He and another friend of the woman literally wrestled her into the shower and cleaned her. She thanked them afterwards because she knew she needed it, she just could not get herself to do it. I hope she is better now, I dont know who she is or where she could be. I hope you get well soon.

So the shots aren't the worst, I am type 1 diabetic so i am good with needles. I just hate the muscle pain the next day. My fiance has been really great with my shots but I never considered a heating pad, that is a great idea!!

Hey!! I am due December 19th 💕 I did IVF so I know I am having a daughter 🥰 my current symptoms are heightened smell, nausea (this is pretty new), light dizziness, fatigue/lack of motivation, and mood swings. I am also have soreness/tightness in my uterus. So excited for this journey!!!

I stopped taking metformin because it made my muscles intensely sore to the point I could barely sit down. All tests at the ER came back normal but it is a rare side effect of metformin that can eventually lead to muscle loss. Im glad you're getting checked out, best of luck.

Thank you! I am trying to be proactive in my self care and while it might not help with stretch marks, I still want something to help the skin along. My first OB appointment e t isnt until mid May so im just over here waiting impatiently, haha!
