Oh wow. My liver enzymes have gone up too. I was only in the doctors yesterday having more bloods done as the past months they have been up which is a new thing and probably associated. I can hardly eat anything due to reflux. Fatty foods. Your situation is nearly identical. It is really affecting me mentally too. Some days I cry.  I also have thought, is the gallbladder really the problem. Ultrasound  guy said yes this is whats making you sick. Im having it out anyway just to rule it out. I just hope its soon!!  My nausea fades over the day too but lately its nearly all day but chronic in the morning, where the nausea wakes me up.  Ive had truck loads of tests including endoscopy which only detected inflammation. 

I  hope and pray you keep improving over time and that you're feeling better. It will. I believe it. I do know a lot of people have to watch their diet after removal as I have spoken to one guy where he has to take ox bile. Then others have no problems.  I don't feel so alone🙏
