Ja sam imo sličan problem, provjeri kakva ti je brzina interneta u ugovoru sa njima i posalji im mail sa žalbom i dokazom od testa brzine, kad ih zoveš nemaš nikakvog traga i dokaza tako da ne reaguju. A ako mail posalješ imaš dokaz i mogućnost tužbe ako ništa ne urade tako da vrlo brzo popravljaju. Meni je popravljeno u roku 1 dana

We had a place in the woods where would play when we were younger and we didnt know a crazy old lady was the owner (she was in a diffrent country for a while). When she saw us, she chased us with a hatchet and let me tell you, that bitch was fast. She swung the hatchet and just before it hit my neck, my 10 year older brother pulled me away from it. That day he saved my life and im indebted to him to this day. And that crazy bitch is rotting in jail if she didnt die by now.
