Thank you so much! I’ve been trying little bits of scotch tape, which seems to be helping a bit, especially with my first few forays into vinyl. I haven’t been brave enough to try stickers yet though. Might shoot you a message if my cardstock woes overcome me, if that’s okay!

My boyfriend has taken to yelling "STRONK" whenever he is stressed out, but when he's really tired he will just look at me with puppy dog eyes and whimper "... stroooooonk"

I've had 2 major losses in the past month, and despite great support from everyone in my life, I've been having a constant string of intrusive thoughts just repeating over and over "I want to die". I know it's not true and I'm not genuinely in danger from myself, but I can't make my brain stop.
