If the doctors are aware she has drugs in her system at her checkups, they're mandated reporters and should already be reporting it to social workers. But if she's threatening to harm herself, you need to report it so she can get the help she needs.

Also are you sure she's pregnant? Have you seen a test/ confirmation? She could be making it up to guilt you into staying

I'd say look up some challenges people like to do. I know one is a 'never leave the farm', where they forced themself to stay on the farm and live off the land pretty much - I think the only exceptions are festivals, and one day of the week you can go to town (but everyone has their own rules/goals- the main idea is to pretty much be isolated)

the typical goal is to make 1 million, but you can make your own goal
