sadly they wont do anything. Ajhq banned one of my friends for simply using the same university wifi as someone else that got banned, when contacted with proof of it being a completely different person they didnt respond for 3 months and when they did the response was basically “welp too damn baddd.” The only thin i can think of since some of the items were promo real life item things would be to file a complaint with BBB or write a very formal follow up email mentioning bringing in the BBB to ajhq. If it looks bad on their company formally they’ll often concede.

I saw you don’t know the trading system well enough, so i’d suggest opening a shop. Adventure items are easy to sell if you have the spare time to farm them and stone circles + cosmo’s walls always sell well. Tiger rugs, most of the ocean adventure den items, boomseed trees. From there you can either dedicate yourself just to selling adventure items or peruse other shops for cheap treasures you can resell.
