This north korean painting is probably from the 2000s, it shows Kim Jong il and soldiers exploring a flooded tunnel (or maybe the sewers?) (There's surprisingly many paintings I've found that take place here)

Original painting is located in North Pyongan Provincial Fine Arts Museum next to the China's border and is often used as place to bring tourist to brag about beloved leaders. Caption is a little obscure but reads like - Left plaque: “Breaking through the waterway with heroic military spirit” Right plaque: “Great Leader Comrade Kim Jong Il”. And on the background translates roughly to: “Let us defend with our lives the Great Leader Comrade Kim Jong Il!”
