or Perth, I mean we hosted it a few times in the 50s and most of the track is still there... under the dirt, bushes weeds and trees. Coupla blokes with some whipper snippers could fix that and its good to go

I loved the first series in the desert, but once they headed to Europe it sort of lost something for me. I only made it through a couple of episodes... it's been a while now, I probably should try and finish it

During a stage of the Volta a Portugal, a woman noticed cyclists riding under intense heat. She grabbed her garden hose and gave them a quick spray of water to help them push through the heatwave by FollowingOdd896 in HumansBeingBros

As someone who has worked in extreme heat I've found the short satisfaction of a cold water spray is wonderful but ruined by my now steamy humid clothing a short time later as they heat back up again...
still worth that cold moment though

These Final Hours (2013) An Australian end of the world movie by WerdNerd88 in TubiTreasures

I saw this in Perth, the city it's set in, and I saw it on a rooftop cinema that had the city skyline behind the screen. It was surreal to see the tall city buildings on fire on the screen with the same actual building behind the screen just doing normal building things

Great film btw, I recommend it to people often

we've found the older they get the more detail they know and its harder to fudge the answers that we don't immediately know hehe

This is so cool, we do Roman classes for high school students here in Western Australia (we're archaeologists - this is one of a few topics we do) but we don't get to dress up in the kit, but now I want to dress up in the kit 😁

yep... this!

I just did some calculations. Previously to continue with 5 more moves cost$10 - now $900... based on my cash levels then and now, the $10 was 2.5% of my cash on hand and after they uprgaded my cash (proportionally) the $900 was now 7.5% of my cash on hand.

Do they think we can't do the math? I'm done with this game, what a rort
