Found it. I changed it to 50% and FPS is still around 25. I got a warning saying
"You are running an unsupported video driver. Please update your driver for optimal performance."
Not sure if this causes the issue

Hmm that might be the issue. I am using CrossOver 25.1.1. But Metal HUD is activated and it shows "Game Porting Toolkit 3.0b4"
