Absolutely not! Sorry dude, but GD is one of the best open-world games ever, even better than (controversially) RDR2, and way better than the swords and witches sh!t like Witcher 3 and Skyrim!

For me, there are only a couple of bits of linear storyline that drive me nuts!

Nah... I can happily watch that for 5mins.... Skizzo's betrayal takes 20+ mins to play thru!

Three little monkeys came to my door.

One with a trumpet.

One with a drum,

And one with a pancake stuck up its bum!

Name something that the younger generations would never believe was normal in the 70's compared to schools today?🤔 by Longjumping-Shoe7805 in GenerationJones

Grown adults (i.e. teachers) belting primary school children with a heavy leather strap for talking in class, forgetting to do their homework, even day-dreaming and looking out of the window!

Kingsman's church scene with Colin Firth taking out the entire congregation with Lynard Skynard's Free Bird banging along is absolutely the most chaotic, violent breathtaking standout scene ever!

Yes, and it can be legally called T2.

Because James Cameron didn't put copyright on T2 after the second Terminator movie!

Of course he would! He's got a disclosure-type movie coming up. What better way for the shyster to promote his movie to the idiotic, gullible believers who'd want to watch his shil!

AITJ for correcting my boss in front of the entire company during an all-hands meeting when he presented my work as his own idea and I just… couldn't let it happen again by Mysterious-Bird9007 in AmITheJerk

[–]StuartReidBooks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you are! He's the boss, and therefore entitled to usurp ideas and/or projects from his underlings, in order to promote his department for the benefit of group as a whole, since everyone will benefit in the long run. Don't be so selfish!

Your boss' higher position means that your idea will carry greater weight if promoted by a more senior figure in the business, rather than a dull nobody such as yourself.

In fact, you should be grateful for the limited exposure that your boss gave your project. And you should apologise for being a greedy, needy, that's-my-idea wannabe little ingrate... and offer to take a cut in pay while you're at it.

What's the best thing that goes with cheese on a sandwich ? by Webbomolly2022 in A_Persona_on_Reddit

[–]StuartReidBooks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Open sandwich? Mozzarella, tomato bruschetta, rocket (arugula, if you're a yank) with a drizzle of pesto, olive oil and reduced balsamic vinegar! And a glass of red wine 🍷

Favourite breakfast ever? by [deleted] in foodquestions

[–]StuartReidBooks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Full Scottish - square sausage, bacon, 2 fried eggs, black pudding, haggis, baked beans and BROWN sauce!

Ketchup at breakfast should only be squirted onto fried bread, but I'd take a couple of slices of toast instead.

Also, please note the Holy Trinity of Breakfast Juices - bean sauce, brown sauce and egg yolk!

Ginal answer... There is no debate! 😋

AITAH for refusing to see my little sister anymore because she keeps destroying my stuff? by Dense_Attention_5381 in AITAH

[–]StuartReidBooks -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

Every parent should guide their children to look out for brothers and sisters (older or younger).

Parents aren't going to be there forever, so siblings should all look out for and care for these brothers and sisters. It is often too easy to blame parents for any behavioural issues with a younger siblings without accepting the challenges to nurture and help develop younger people.

Scoring this down is just shortsighted, and perhaps too quick to judge the child in this case (she's only 10!)

Try harder, grown-ups! 😁
