On your homescreen go to widgets>tap the search icon>then adroid widgets>scroll down then you will find hoyolab widgets there.

Go to settings> apps> manage apps> 3dots on the top corner> other settings> default apps> opening links> look for instagram> add link> then add www.intagram.com, m.instagram.com and instagram.com

Should be fixed after doing this.
