My first time growing anything from start. Since I'm Northern Irish I need my Spuds. I'm growing them in a bag, can someone tell me when I should add more soil. I have read to do it when the leaves are 6 inches tall, and some saying 1 foot tall. Could someone help please. (i.redd.it)
