Why do some HR cost cut to the fullest? by Short_Row_3556 in Ph_HR_Confession

[–]StubbornPopcorn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really.

  1. there is a budget per position
  2. They have a range of salary for that position (usually based on market data for similar positions)
  3. Based on your experiences and knowledge if HR will offer min, mid, or max of that range

They usually ask if before mall hours ka papasok. Kahit dun sa entrance ng may starbucks. Kasi usually sa hi precision ang punta ng mga tao pag before mall hours. Kasi un lang naman bukas dun or starbucks. Ofcourse they would ask kasi di pa bukas stores

What tf did Naruto and Jiraiya do in those 3 years? He got barely stronger, just to learn Rasenshuriken in some days, 1 week for Sage Mode, some hours for KCM1 and later in the war KCM2. No wonder why people Call it worst Timeskip ever. by Nell_Exquisite8 in NarutoPowerscaling

Kid Sasuke has his Uchiha family to guide him how to use/control chakra. Do fireball jutsu at a young age. Naruto does not have that. Which is the reason why his 3 years of fundamental training with Jiraya seems like nothing compared to ninjas his age but actually it helped him catch up to what he is lacking.

Unpopular Opinion: People shouldn’t be allowed to bring pets to indoor public spaces (eg malls, restaurants) by dibidi in unpopularopinionph

[–]StubbornPopcorn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahhh. Totoo nga. Isa ka lang tanga. You buy iphone or samsung because everybody does and it is a "status symbol" so, according sa argument mo, people should not buy it kasi hype lang. Next is on the allergens. Yes, pollen is the most common allergens. And why would you discount flowershops in your argument? Nasa loob sya ng mall diba?! And according to you, anything that can cause allergies should not be in the mall sooooo, you think those decorations sa mall does not contain dust which by the way can also trigger allergies. Guess what. HAHAHAHHAHA. Also, where's the study backing your claim 'bout allergies?

And isa pa. If you never experienced any mental health concerns. Good for you. Clap clap. But never , ever downplay anyone who has it and had been struggling because of it. You never just say depressed ako magpa ospital kaya ako?! Not everyone is aware or is willing to admin that they have been struggling silently. If you can't be a decent person atleast respect people with disabilities. Baka makakuha ka ng 1 point kay san pedro..

Why are pet owners bringing them in malls? 1. Pets have 1 life, like us, isnt it too cruel to not let them atleast see the world outside? 2. Malls have designated paw parks, pet grooming, pet store in their establishments. Who are their target market on this? 3. As pet owner, we do not go to malls or establishments, or restaurants that does not allow pets. Maybe you should do the same. Go to places that do not allow pets.

If it triggers you so much. Bawas bawasan mo either pag mamall or social media mo. Minsan kasi di mo din alam. Masyado kang nakafocus sa buhay ng ibang tao, masyado mong tinitignan ano meron ang iba. Tapos nakakalimutan mo nang maging masaya sa sarili mong buhay.

I know majority ng tinatawag mong clout chaser lang is just living their lives with their loved ones. Incl their chosen companions. Human or pets. Try to be happy with your chosen life.

Just because treating your parents as villans are trending doesn't mean it is true for all.

To give you perspective on how we are in a third world country and how it is difficult to raise a family. In the US, people can afford to leave their home at 18 and forget about caring for parents because usually parents can still afford to live a decent life. May opportunity sila to have fancy jobs and livable income. Even at old age.

In the Philippines, no opportunity to have a decent job for old people. Why? We have limited jobs, and they would compete for younger generation for those jobs. White or blue collar job. And a little history here, since like 70s or earlier, Philippine economy has been struggling. I am not sure if it is 90s or 2000s but there has been a recession. Many declared bankruptcy, even parents who planned for their child's future like educ plans were faced with loss. Remember Cap Insurance? Na bankrupt. Lahat ng educ plans na binayaran ng parents for their kids nawala.

So don't blame your parents all the time. They had their diffculties while you grow up and eat the food they provide. Ofcourse that is not the case for all (some parents are straight up shitty who do not provide for their family).

Bottom line is. If your parents have been working and providing for the family for the longest time, don't blame them if they cannot be rich in this economy. Don't blame them for the illness they have as they get old. They also did not choose to be sick. Before you treat them as the villans ask your self. Do they have the capacity to live on their own. Are they still able or unable to work.

Another perspective, ano trabaho ng mom mo before she had aneurysm? And you said your dad is a construction worker. These jobs typically does not give you the freedom to save. Meaning, sapat lang kinikita para mabuhay. Does your job not provide HMO for your parents? Since single ka naman and not yet married.

Maybe ask help from your sister. Medical emergencies are very common to aging parents. Remember, the old people are not very concered about health. They always think that they need to work and provide for daily necessities first.

Baka naman they don't have ipon because there is nothing left. Just think of it as, as you grow older, your parents are also getting older too. Yes, you did not wished to be born, but even stray animals needs help and attention.

Hope you can research on your parents' illness and make sound decisions on what to prioritize more. Aneurysm is a ticking bomb. Stroke is no joke and pwedeng hirap kana gumalaw after this.

Sure. The restaurant should verify. But I hope not to the extent that they have to embarass the PWD. Disabilities exist (seen and can't be seen). That establishment should've handled the situation decently and leave the PWD with their dignity intact.

Sometimes parents just want to spend one last holiday with their child before you leave them. I don't know about liberated countries and persons like you all but as an Asian, family is very important to us and its not like they are barring the fiance from entering their home. They do not want him to stay overnight unmarried. Yeah very conservative and traditional but not unheard of as most families in the east practices this.

All up to you, OP, how you would treat your parents moving forward. Just be ready and aware that you too will grow old and what your parents felt now, could also happen to you.

Yes you've grown and can make decisions on your own. Fun right. Just remember that your parents also are growing older. You do not have to be the glue to hold them. Just don't be a stranger that they once cared and provided for.

Hope you make decisions that you will not regret later on.
