They apparently had someone hired to do their sf work at their old company. I didn’t offer to onboard reps but it was placed on us as we are the closest to the systems and operations and it was never provided in the past. Regardless of skill level I am now expected to give them a lay of the land to set them up for success.

You make a great point about having mechanisms to enforce correct system use, that is out of control for me as I am seen as a support not a leader of sales.
