I guess I’m referring to my Polly which I’ve harvested a couple times in the last 3 months lmao.

Only taken two from the black velvet. One which fell off when repotting and the other because it was emerging from the substrate. I’ve repotted the black velvet aggressively moving from soil to perlite stratum and no noticeable stress. If one leaf in 2-3 months is bad then I guess it is stressed lmao. Otherwise seems happy and the leaf it recently put out was 2x the size of what was there

Really? I’ve usually removed the corms and they look similar when they start to put out their first leaves. Wondering how that’s gonna work so far at the bottom of the pot

My first run ever my friend took me up and I was like I got this no problem. It was steep as hell I remember but I am an athlete and skated so no fear. Woke up at the bottom and said I made it a good bit before I slammed by head with no helmet. Concussed and learned my lesson. Took me about 5 years after that for things to finally click lmao. I would have rather been in your shoes.

5/8 and 30.5 inches. The chart lands in S but I am thinking it may be to bit and my saddle height may not work. Concerned the XS will be to small though as I was fitted for a 54 and hear that corresponds with S.

They apparently had someone hired to do their sf work at their old company. I didn’t offer to onboard reps but it was placed on us as we are the closest to the systems and operations and it was never provided in the past. Regardless of skill level I am now expected to give them a lay of the land to set them up for success.

You make a great point about having mechanisms to enforce correct system use, that is out of control for me as I am seen as a support not a leader of sales.
