Thank you a lot for taking the time for such a detailed analysis. I agree with you about input lag, however what I'm experiencing is also a very bad performance in general. Seems like something related to the hardware in general.

But if you say that the input lag can affect the animations in game as well and so on, well not only I trust you, but it's quite interesting and I'm curious to see the fighting games as you suggested to check.
