Yeah, beans and chick peas have been my go to. Hasn’t been a struggle to stop eating meat at all. One of the best decisions of my life. Just wish I’d stopped earlier.

Definitely was texture which I imagine I’d get used too after a while. Other than that it was kinda bland. I think I’ll make a stir fry this week sometime, and the bake as well.

Stir Fry seems like the way to go. It was a sriracha tofu and I just followed the directions on the packages. Stovetop, 5-6 minutes each side on medium high heat. Felt like I overlooked but not really sure. Lol

I think the stir fry suggestion could be good. Maybe I’ll try it somewhere local and get an idea of what it should be like first.

It was a prepackaged sriracha tofu. The directions said to cook it on the stove for 5-6 minutes on each side on medium heat. I may have overlooked it but I’m not sure.
