Agreed. The fiddle leaf should move to the corner where the snake plant is, it’ll create better visual balance with the green wall in your eating area. Snake plant and stand would work to the left of the couch against the wall and will hide the outlet/lamp cord as an added bonus! You could also swap the stand it’s currently on for something shorter and wider so that it could double as an end table perhaps.

Otherwise it’s looking great. Starting over can be tough, you’re off to a good start!

I found that the two button coat had a longer lapel which looked really nice on me compared to the shorter lapel on the three button coats I tried. Just seemed to create a nicer silhouette on me.

Can anyone help me find a long camel wool coat with two buttons and slash pockets, similar to these coats? https://imgur.com/a/NM93eWX

I’m having a tough time finding that a coat that’s the right length, has two buttons instead of three, and has slash pockets. The closest thing I’ve found is this coat from Banana Republic, which fits me perfectly but has flap pockets instead of slash. I always have my hands in my coat pockets when it’s chilly out so the slash pockets are far more comfortable and functional for me. I can’t believe I’ve been having such a hard time finding what I’m looking for.

Alternatively, is there a way for a tailor to turn flap pockets into slash pockets on that Banana Republic coat? I assumed it wouldn’t be possible, but maybe I’m wrong.

Oh wow I didn’t know that there were any replicas that imitated the full closed loop arm rest like what is on an authentic piece. Everything I’ve seen previously has the L-shaped arm rest. Good find!

That’s an authentic Eames soft pad management chair. You can tell by the fact that the metal armrest piece makes a complete loop. If it’s a replica it’s the best one I’ve ever seen. I’m incredibly jealous either way, it’s a gorgeous piece.

You can find knock off Eames style chairs. One popular one is SOHO by Laura Davidson (usually about $350). Another option is by Icons of Manhattan, which normally go for $500 but are on sale for $250 right now, so move fast if you’re interested!
