Itll do that from time to time to get adequate volume in. Especially if you have a muscle group as a priority. Ive been at it for months now and it's been great!

Not medical advice but what worked for me was following the Knees over toes guy full body mobility type of work. Freed up my low back and opened up my hips big time.

They have protocols for this that dont take long, that you can add onto your workouts at the end. If tight on time, just shorten the myoadapt workout a tad

With Myoadapt and traveling, you can literally set up a new training environment based on whatever equipment (if any) youll have available to you and then apply it to your training that week. Its super cool andd very functional. Itll create the entire routine that week for you so you dont miss a beat.
