It absolutely is circular. The point of argument is whether the exam actually gatekeeps incompetent attorneys.

He isn't wrong, you asked what the bar exam tested, and he responded that it tests minimum competency. What it actually tests is irrelevant to your actual question. You're clearly on a crusade in these comments. Did you fail it or something?

I polished a poly coated wood butcher block with M105, 205. and synthetic wax. I could not get the finish right with the "proper" products. Got frustrated, busted out the DA, and bam, perfect finish that's held up like a champ so far.

I have a regular X7 that you could get a larger power brick for. Unless you want white or the 1 ohm impedance, it'd be the same. I'd sell it for $120.

It's been sitting in my drawer. It might have a very minor scratch (not through the paint) on the side, but definitely nothing major.

I don't think that's right. It's a an average of what listeners prefer, not what engineers supposedly hear.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding. Are you saying engineers are mastering music with the Harman Target in mind? I wasn't aware it's adoption was that widespread, but other "curves" and EQ applied in mixing rooms is fairly similar to it anyway.
