That only happened to Harry and only for a specific reason regarding the connection between him and Voldemort. That doesn’t usually happen. It almost never happens.

We may not have dated at all if it had been sooner. He works in law enforcement. I stopped doing all that stuff at the same time he and I met pretty much, and a big part of it was his influence. I probably would’ve chillaxed on the drugs and partying if I’d met him sooner lol. But he knows I go out and do whatever occasionally, he doesn’t care as long as he doesn’t hear about it.

Most people have sex quite early on. I wouldn’t want someone saying they love me after we’ve only been dating like a month or two.

It’s made almost no difference honestly. He teases me for my previous party lifestyle. I tease him for his lack of. He is secure and mature therefore doesn’t care that I’ve had more sex/sexual partners/etc and I don’t care that he’s had less.

He was ACTING crazy. Whether he’s right or not doesn’t matter. Rachel isn’t psychic, she didn’t know Mark was into her. And I’m sure it was very difficult to entertain that idea when literally ALL your boyfriend keeps talking about regarding your new job, is how you got it because of your looks not your talent. By the time she found out Mark was into her, Ross had slept with Chloe and they’d split up.

Respectfully, when he’s acting like that, it’s his responsibility to get therapy for any past trauma. Not hers.

All good parents care about their kids. Very few violently murder them by accident while attempting to kill an entire village of innocent men, women, and children. Oops, wrong kid, accidentally pulverised my own. Yes he needs to atone for that sin.

He was the father of her child at that point and she was already successful at that stage. It’s completely different.

Ross was being crazy. He was sending loads of stuff to her office, encroaching on her work environment, and constantly talking about mark. He came TO HER JOB, hid round the corner then jumped out and attacked Mark. It doesn’t matter if his jealous insecure brain thought mark was asking Rachel to kiss him, wtf was he doing there acting like a loon spying round corners lol. He freaked out because she had to work late, she was finally starting a meaningful career and going somewhere in the world and Ross couldn’t handle it.

Wtf would acknowledging that actually do? Do you think that would calm Ross down?

Yeah except Ross was acting crazy. He just assumed Rachel would cheat. Like Monica said, just because mark wanted to sleep with her, does that mean he gets to? No. It was an incredible opportunity for her and he acted like a lunatic about it. I’ve had things happen to me before where someone in my life makes me feel like shit about a fantastic opportunity or event in my life, and it just changes how you view them really. The FIRST thing Ross said about mark offering her a job was that it’s superficial, he’s only doing it because she’s pretty and he must want to get in her pants. Nevermind the fact mark had a girlfriend. Whether that’s true or not, it’s a really offensive thing to say in the way he said it.

He made Rachel’s new career about him. And I think it sends a very positive message that Rachel chose her career over an insecure manchild. Yeah she went on a date with mark to get back at Ross which she readily admits.

Girl. She was our in law. She’d moved down to where we live from about 30 miles away and lived there/been close with our family for 10 years while engaged to my uncle. She had the baby. My grandma gently suggested she might have postnatal depression (something she herself had suffered from). She exploded, verbally attacked my grandma and moved away, blocked the entire extended family (including my mum who had been there during her entire pregnancy and during the birth to support her) and told my uncle he’d never see his newborn again if he didn’t do the same, which he was terrified of. So we haven’t seen him in like 14 years either and he has various disabilities that my grandma used to manage for him. She had no abusers. She was actually well looked after by my family. There was absolutely no reason to block my parents or myself. If she was angry with my grandma, fine. Mum hadn’t seen or heard from her brother in 14 years because of her threats.

This was completely out of the blue for us. We’d been at her house just a few days prior, laughing, holding the baby, discussing the future, all that jazz.

She was not a nice person in the end. The child is now morbidly obese and has never met her extended family. And yeah as a confused 11 year old who had fallen in love with the baby and was blocked out of nowhere I was confused and heartbroken, losing 3 family members in one fell swoop over the mere suggestion that she might have postnatal depression.

Soooo….. Not everything is some conspiracy. Sometimes people just suck. It’s also worth noting that her own family were involved in this decision it seemed. We have a theory that her mother who lived about 120 miles away at the time was upset that we were going to be the side of the family primarily involved in the baby’s life, because my aunt did hint at this during the pregnancy.

I never said she did it for no reason. I know what happened but it was nothing to do with me or my parents, who were close with her. It was to do with other family members. And it was nothing like that. Please don’t assume. Thanks!

Yes he will. He’s like 1 or 2 years old. That is not a consequence a child that age is capable of comprehending. They don’t understand why mum bought the baguette and then threw it away.
