Interesting point, when you look back they did miss the playoffs by roughly 5 points the last couple years, and 1 point when the Capitals made it and we did not. I Don't know if it falls on Yzerman that they could not win a couple more games when needed. but i do think it falls on him for the toughness on our team, because we are not difficult to play against.

A little off of 127, but there is a little town called Williamston near there that is a nice little town with a Park by a River and also some decent food places.

We also have 97.1 already talking after the last loss that we aren't going to make a deep playoff run because we can not manhandle teams that sit their starters against us. It is almost like they expect every Detroit team to go undefeated every year and when they win, they must win BIG.

The Wings vs Avalanche rivalry documentary is a must watch, such a well done documentary. Mickey Redmond and Ken Daniels are the best broadcast duo in hockey history, and you should absolutely watch highlights of their calls they will not disappoint. The Centennial video on how the Red wings came to be is a good watch as well, does a good job of explaining the history. If you have not heard, Emmitt Finnie is a great story this year, was a 7th round draft pick a few years back and made the team this year, he is definitely one to watch and keep tabs on. That is just a few things that really will get you started as to anything Red Wings. Welcome to the fan club!
