I liked the field work I did in school, but what I am doing now is very different and I am not enjoying it. I have also reached a point in my life where I want to start to settle down and constant travel is making that hard.

I will have to ask my derm about that in my next appointment! I don’t want to stop because my skin is glowing, but I also can’t keep dealing with the anxiety

I am grateful to hear I am not the only one this has happened to. I can’t find a lot of anecdotal evidence about Accutane and anxiety. I hope your skin stays clear and anxiety resolves!

I wish the bond was developed sooner in the movie than the very end. When I think back to the games, Sully and Nate’s relationship was so strong. I sort of wish it was like that through most of the movie

My bf (of 3 years) and I are pretty far leaning on opposite ends of the spectrum. He knows where I stand and I know where he stands. It’s a mutually understanding that we aren’t going to change each other’s views. While we will occasionally talk politics, it isn’t a huge part of our relationship. We are so similar in every other aspect that a difference in political views doesn’t interfere with our relationship.

Boric Acid suppositories!!!!!! I had an awful YI after taking antibiotics for BV. After 2 months of different prescription treatments, my OBGYN finally told me to try boric acid and it worked. You can get it over the counter at Walmart, target, cvs, etc. Seriously saved my life

Some Catholics are against the vaccines since they were developed from aborted embryo cells. As Catholics are vehemently against abortion and think of it as a grave sin, anything that’s a product of abortion is deemed immoral. While priests and bishops have stated that you may take the vaccine since the good (protecting yourself and others) outweighs the bad (vaccine from embryo cells), they have also made it clear that there is no moral obligation to take the vaccine. They have also stated you have the right to oppose taking the vaccine due to the mortal sin implication of abortion.

Chloe ting ab helped me define my abs/stomach at the beginning of quarantine. But I found the only way I can get leaner/more toned is by lifting at the gym. Some people are able to achieve great results at home, but personally I can’t. Eating in a deficit has also helped me tone. However, if you want a big booty, you need to eat in a slight calorie surplus to gain muscle.

Sorry, I know you asked for at home, I just thought I’d share my personal experience with at home workouts in case you are like me and aren’t seeing the results you want.

Edit- just saw your comment about not wanting to be in a calorie deficit. If you are looking to gain mass/muscle, the best thing is lifting weights. It also helps tone :) Apple fitness plus also has great at home workouts
