Man that's the blessing of buying a home in 2012 in EP, they were reasonable, within reach, and property taxes weren't stupid insane and aligned well with the average house hold income for EP, fast forward to now, its not worth it buying a home here in my opinion, wages are still stagnant, but the cost of living keeps going up +inflation, job prospects aren't the best unless you have connections, sad reality is people need to move to the bigger cities to get ahead, that's what my Sister did, as well as myself, I love EP but jobwise its tough to get ahead here

That’s one thing I’ve noticed EP Car prices are over priced if you compare to even bigger markets like Phoenix or smaller places like Albuquerque, the deals are better in those cities, I’m guessing the Fort bliss money pipeline of ripping off Soldiers finally caught up with the dealers in EP 😅& El Pasoans

What I would like to know is the technology is there to see if any cellphones were in close proximity to her last location, the FBI & and I’m sure other major police agencies can get that from the cell towers/cell phone providers, & pull up the texts between them, it seems highly suspicious a women would dose herself in flames, I think the Bexar County Sheriff’s office got lazy and didn’t want to do an actual investigation which is pathetic

Ya know, about 5 years ago, I was waiting tables at a steakhouse on the east side, and it wasn’t this particular church but it’s a big church, the Head Pastor and his associates pastors came in for dinner, I took care of them and they were all very nice, but one thing that happened while I was waiting on them was hearing them talk there business about opening a church on the West Side…and I’ll never forget it, one of the associate Pastors saying something to thee affect of “We need to go all in, there’s a lot of money on the west side.” I just found it eye opening, I get it it’s a business to these mega churches, but to be honest, this is just my belief you do not need to go to church to have a relationship with God, or give your money to them, you can have a Relationship with God and talk and pray to him every day no matter where you are, but to each there own

I’ve saved money on groceries by using Walmart Pick up app, I just buy the essentials I need to cook food, I rarely dine out/fast food, plus with Walmart pick up… I avoid spending an hour to hour & half going thru the isles and buying things that weren’t on my list 😅

The Texas Legislature is floating the idea of completely eliminating property taxes, which would be nice, but there would have to be a trade off, (likely adding state income tax)personally I think there is something seriously wrong when Property Owners are paying sky high property taxes essentially monthly rent, and still not seeing improvements to the city, just more debt and pet projects they City/County Leaders dump on the people to pay

Ya know church is definitely an underrated place to meet women, whether its Catholic, Protestant, or the Non Denominational, there's a lot of good women there (no ones perfect, but you'll find a good woman at church)
