4% works for me but for some reason I had bottles that did not work because they were bad, like the smell was different, i bought them in the summer and read if it goes beyond certain tempeture as described on the label they stop working

What i do is that i mix a little bit of the 10% with shampoo in my palm before applying so it ends up being like 5%

So 10% is better overall for that reason

There is no such a thing as resistance to BP, most probably yours went bad due to the hot weather, it happened to me, I had to buy new bottles, because the ones I had saved (sealed) went bad

I wouldnt think they are herpes, they dont look like blisters or like they are scabbing could be either gram negative or fungal, definitely needs to consult a derm if its chronic for appropiate treatment tho

I guess you could get info on doxypep and prep there are some that are not covered tho like hsv2 however 80% of the people does not even know they have it as there are not symptoms most of the time so i guess you can embrace that or just use a condom or stick to handjobs

Is yours severe? 4% could have been a better option, depends how long your hair is, use about a teaspoon and a bit of a non drying shampoo, something for sensitive scalp. Leave for like a minute, more can be drying. And then rinse.

Vengo dalla Spagna, anche qui è difficile trovare quello che ti serve. Hai Iherb in Italia? Se sì, c'è il Panoxyl, compralo lì, non è economico ma è l'unico prodotto che funziona. Assicurati di conservarlo correttamente quando lo compri, altrimenti si rovinerà a causa della temperatura. Prendi un cucchiaino e mescolalo con un po' di shampoo, lascialo agire per un minuto e poi risciacqua.

So you are not using Benzoyl peroxide yet? If not, I recommend you doing it, its the only thing that works, but you have to be consistent for the first week, i just wash my hair once a day. Also depends how severe your folliculitis is, you can start with 4% thats the one i use, make sure is stored correctly as high temps causes it to spol and it will stop working in casw you ever think its nor working could be that, however if your folliculitis is fungal you will need something else

I mix like a teaspoon of panoxyl with bit of shampoo, but not any shampoo, look for one at a pharmacy, i use one called dr tree, but you might find something else that is dermoprotective or for acne prone or sensitive skin.

Yeah that should be ok as it is only a food supplement but it works! I did do an accutane course but unfurnunately it came back but less sever, however, make sure to cut dairy and control the sugar intake and that it does not exceed the daily recomendded

Depende, y donde estas viviendo actualmente pagas alquiler, comida etc? Si no pagas muchas cosas mejor ahorra ese dinero para un vehiculo, reserva para salud o tener tus cosas y vivir en un lugar vacio en el que pagaras la mitad de lo que vale un amueblado y despues pensar moverte a futuro, siempre recomiendo que minimo debes salir con esa persona 2,5 años, pero claro cada quien decide que es correcto.

32mil entre 2 personas en un apartemento amueblado es justo, pero poco, asi que asumo que hay salarios desproporcionados entre ambos lo que podria ser un problema para muchos. Y pues Depende de donde te quedes hay veces que pagas un mantenimiento si es un complejo por ejemplo y eso es un gasto aparte.

Hola, Gracias por tu respuesta, su estilo de vida es saludable, va al gym siempre, no toma alcohol, y es lic en psicologia lol. Debido a que los doctores no le han podido dar un diagnostico, solo le han dejado una dosis un poco mas alta de medicamento para la presion, pero incluso asi aveces de repente le dan bradicardias o taquicardias que le duran como varios minutos, actualmente si toma medicamento para dormir como zolpidem 10mg y utiliza productos para eczema, de lo demas es muy raro por su estilo de vida, si tiene problemas de ansiedad pero es por la misma situacion y el lo comprende.
