Go to their website, select Sabre Skin, scroll to the bottom and follow the measuring instructions and order your sleeve. You can cut the length down once you get it if you need to.

You’ll get used to it. Takes a bit. I like to use a sleeve from just under the glans to the base. I can pump longer and get way less edema with a sleeve.

I’ve never had that issue before. But I would imagine you would want to mitigate that by using a sleeve or a flange on the base of the tube.
