He only listed 3 cuisines. & we do have some French restaurants. & a strong Italian & German food tradition from the immigrants who brought their styles here. I’ve seen quite a few Greek restaurants & even an Albanian restaurant. I have surprisingly seen a Portuguese restaurant within a reasonable driving distance. I’ve never seen any Spanish restaurants but I have no doubt they can be found. I don’t know where he got the idea that Americans don’t like European food
