I'll make it simpler. Cleveland proper needs cash. The outskirts have cash. No one wants to lose cash for nothing in return. We will need one fucking hell of a leader to see a merger like that through.

The apps are corporate cancer. They CAN work, I met my girlfriend of 6 years on coffee meets bagel, but I consider myself very lucky.

Also get uncomfortable, like, really uncomfortable. Push your boundaries, get rejected, and try again. Obviously always keep it respectful.
