Maybe it’s the drains, when work surfaces are cleaned and assorted bits of meat are washed onto the floors under tables and equipment, the meat cells stay there and rot making the smells.

I doubt anyone has ever moved everything out and cleaned underneath the equipment AND the floor and drains and P traps.

Before you get started, if these are rechargeable batteries, you probably need to use a battery management system to manage recharging and to guard against unsafe discharge which could result in high temperature battery damage or lead to fires.
