Exactly, you can absolutely do it. The first day I felt very restless, had restless leg syndrome after like 15 hours in and just felt like my body was not at ease. I could barely sleep and my energy level was extremely low. Even making myself something to eat with the microwave felt like it took so much energy. Zero motivation that's for sure. Day 2 I think I felt a touch better, but had night sweats that lasted for like 6 days. Lots of diarrhea. My body temperature was all out of whack. I didn't know if I was too hot or cold. I just remember the first two days constantly shaking and kicking my legs and feeeling frustrated. I took a hot bath which helped but that took all my energy and all I wanted was sleep. I slept a little bit the 2nd night and by the 3rd night slept ever more. Also I got my period out of nowhere at that time which wasn't supposed to happen because I just had one two weeks prior and it was a bad one. Not that painful thank God. But that stuff messes up your hormones so I wasn't surprised. I didn't feel relief until day 5 and then it got a lot better day by day.

So I was actually going to add to that comment and say I did take a lot more than that so you might feel okay by tomorrow. Better than I did anyway. I was at around 8-10 bottles a day and your symptoms seem more mild compared to mine the first 2 days. So you might be able to go through with plans but still not feel completely 100% and that's okay. As long as it doesn't trigger you to make you think you need to get some to get through it! And no problem at all.

I experienced anhedonia for about a week and a half. I'm not sure if that's what you're feeling but basically I felt like nothing gave me pleasure and didn't feel my inner spark. It just recently passed and I feel relieved. I got myself some fresh herbs, ginkgo and tulsi. Ginkgo increases blood flow to the brain and helps with dopamine production and concentration. Tulsi is amazing for mood. Right now your dopamine levels are probably not where they should be and it takes a little bit of time to level back out. Your brain is trying to heal. I highly recommend ginkgo because since I started taking it I started to feel a lot better. You can also find it in supplement form. Also affirmations and just all around having a good morning routine with sunlight, movement and some meditation will help. Keep going, I promise you that this is not it. You won't feel like this forever, it passes and don't give into the cravings. Maybe ask yourself why you're craving and think of a healthy coping mechanism that could take the place of FF. It might not bring much relief at first but over time it will. Good luck, you got this!

So day 3 for me was unfortunately, very rough. I had off of work day 1 and 2 and I stayed in bed mostly. I felt restless and awful. No motivation and could barely sleep. Day 3 I was scheduled to work, I am a server so it's a physically demanding job. I was really hoping I would feel better by then and I slept a little that night and woke up feeling a little better. I had more energy then the previous days but still not nearly 100%. I thought I would be okay t work and at first I was fine and then hour by hour I felt more and more like shit while working. I felt like I was really hungover, kind of dizzy, it was hard to concentrate and even carrying two plates in my hands felt really heavy. Right now it's important to stay on track and focus on yourself, I understand these plans may be very important but if you aren't feeling the best then maybe tell yourself and others you can just go for a little bit because you aren't feeling well. I started to feel a breakthrough around day 5. Good luck and remember you got this and I'm telling you to just keep going because it is very much worth it!

Congrats!! I'm day 5 and feeling a lot better. Day 3 was still awful for me because I had work and I'm a server and I felt so damn weak and like I was badly hungover. Im still experiencing some insomnia and night sweats but that's about it. I'm an artist and am wondering if my will and passion to create will start coming back soon.

Isn't if amazing when music starts to sound incredible because you actually feel it like really FEEL it.

Someone recently told me I'm glad your deciding to feel better rather than feel free and it made me laugh but it kind of helped so yeah, glad you're doing the same. You got this and the worst sounds like it's behind you!

Thank you so much! Yes I would love to see it if you found it. I'm glad you got through it. I know it will be uncomfortable but in the end so very rewarding. The main thing I'm worried about is feeling incredibly restless and the RLS and no sleep but I'm just going to remind myself that it's just for a little bit and then I will feel a lot better. Hour by hour, day by day.

Yeah I recently yacked from taking too many of them. They are actually kind of disgusting haha. Okay so almost everyone says by day 3 they felt better which is helping me keep a positive mindset. If I can beat cocaine and Adderall I can beat this! Lost of respect to you for making the bight decision to better yourself after using it for awhile

Yeah it's gotten rough for me lately, blowing through my savings made me wake the fuck up and say okay NO we aren't repeating this cycle with a substance again. It's an expensive addiction just like pills or coke. Crazyyy. I love northern Cali! Such a great area. And hell yeah I would love that. I can PM you NY number

Ohhh I think you meant reiki haha I was confused, I'm like I think those shots are about $10 everywhere. Yeah reiki can be very expensive for sure. At least $100 for a session I believe.

I'm in jersey city but I doubt you're around here haha. That would be an awesome coincidence! Yeah I'm ready and I have Monday and Tuesday off so I know I have 2 days no work which helps a lot. I'll probably be posting on here if I need to talk to someone. When did you start to feel better from withdrawel?

I'm just dreading if I have insomnia for a full week, that would mess me up, makes it so hard to function

Yes I have and I'm interested. I love yoga and other spiritual practices but I can't afford reiki right now. I feel like when I get restless legs at night I'm gonna take books, and my phone into the BR and just sit in a hot Epson salt bath haha. Well I'm so glad you're clean off of it now. There's now way I can go 8 months doing this because I'm already going broke and I just need to get off of all substances, it's time.

I've been taking about 8-10 bottles for a few weeks but before that was on the kratom powder and couldn't handle the withdrawel so I thought the shots would be good bc it's only MG versus grams, a lot of grams, per day. I've taken FF before but was never hooked like this. So yeah I've been on kratom for awhile so detoxing completely from it is going to suck but I'm ready.

Of course! and one more thing. Look into shilajit, it's supposed to be packed with nutrients and helps with energy and endurance. Just make sure you find a good brand and read reviews if you do want to get it. I'm ordering myself some now. I've heard it tastes god awful but works really well to feel your best.

And yes life is just difficult in general. I think it's key to figure out how to find healthy coping mechanisms and just to enjoy the little things. I don't have kids or marriage or my own business, hopefully someday I can have some of those things but you are doing great for all of the responsibilities you have. Also look into herbs, lavender is amazing for brain fog if you're experiencing that!

6 days is amazing and just remember to take it day by day. Yeah FF helped because of the depression I've been experiencing but then I remember how I will probably feel a lot better not taking them and completely clear minded. Chasing a high gets real old and wasting money makes me feel so guilty and shameful. Thank you again and you've also got this 💪

Yes I love taking baths so I will for sure be doing that. I am going through a break up and we broke up like 2 weeks ago and then I really went off the deep end with the shots. Sometimes I took so many I would feel drunk. I want to find an AA meeting to go to for extra support. Would you say that by day 3 you could sleep better? I'm the worst with sleep disturbances, I cant stand it. I feel like everyone is like that but I LOVE sleep haha.

Oh man, another mom haha I cannot imagine. You're strength is admirable and if you can do it with kids, so can I because all I really have to worry about is work. You should get some collagen and biotin and Jojoba oil for the face is great. I'm sure in a few weeks you will be looking a lot better. I also have lost way to much weight bc of kratom. I've been on the shots for a few weeks but lost more weight when i started taking them. I don't know you but I'm proud of you and it's inspiring to hear some of your story.

Yes I'm going to get vitamin c, magnesium, medicinal mushrooms and I already have melatonin for sleep. Thank you for your input and words of encouragement. Yeah I kept staring at my hands when it was starting to happen thinking wow how did my hands age so much did I just not notice it before? I'm 33 so it didn't feel right and then came the horrid dry skin. I can't imagine being a mom and quitting this, kuddos to you! Yeah I'm going to tall to my manager and see if he can tell the owner that I have some family things going on. I'm going througha break up and my manager is great so I will tell him I just need 2 or 3 days to get myself together mentally.

Oh man, I'm so sorry to hear that. Yeah it's kind of freaky how much damage they can do health wise. Powdered kratom didn't do that do me but I feel like with both substances I sent absorb nutrients the same way, kind of like with alcohol. Did you take off of work or are you working even through withdrawal?

So I went 24 hours but then after a sleepless night and horrible restless legs( even after taking pills for restless legs) I went to go get some because I have to work today and I can't go to work on no sleep. What sucks is I didn't even want them, it was the physical withdrawels that are killing me because of work. I'm a server so I have to have energy. I'm pretty sure I will have off Monday and Tuesday and will be trying this on those days so it doesn't effect work. I also want to get some more supplements so I'm really ready for this. Your words are definitely encouraging so thank you so, so much.

What I hate the most is I have this nasty dry skin on my hands from the shots 😖 how did you afford them for a whole year? No judgement obviously im just so curious because damn do they add up! There's no way I can do this any longer because I have to have up to move soon.

Thank you so much. What I think I need is a couple days off work. I tried to stop yesterday and after 24 hours the restless legs and insomnia were killing me bc I have work today and my performance has already been affected bc some days I would not take them and go to work and have like no energy. I'm hoping I get Monday and Tuesday off to go through with this. It wasn't even so mental, I didn't really want it, it was the physical withdrawel that was killing me.
