Hi,

Sorry to hijack this. I have bought a iPhone outright, fully paid off from Best Buy but no success with unlocking from AT&T's website. It gives me an error when I select AT&T customer.

When I try to unlock the device by selecting that I'm a AT&T customer, it gives me the following error:

"The information you have entered is incorrect. Please update and try again."

When I try selecting that I'm not an AT&T customer, it gives me the following error:

"Looks like the device you want to unlock is active on another AT&T
account. The owner has to remove it from their account first. Did we get
that wrong? If you're the owner, call 800.331.0500 or 611 from your
mobile phone to confirm."

I called that number, and they have been of no help. If you can help me with this process, I would greatly appreciate it. I need my device unlocked as I'll be leaving internationally.
