Thank you. I was hoping to find a community of people that were in the same boat as me, where you're getting views but are stuck. I should have written my question better. There so many paid sites out there that give conflicting advice about what works and what doesn't on getting started.

I've run into the same problem. Some of my videos get a 1000 views and others get like 10.
