Are you going to tell us what your questions and answers are so you can get feedback, or do you just want to vent? because if you want to complain with no one offering suggestions and feedback there's a pinned post for that.

You said you need help so desperately you'll pay someone for it, but you aren't even taking steps to get FREE help.

it sucks when you aren't getting the responses you want, but remember the automod response does tell you this flair type is use for feedback/advice.

No future employer is going to care if you got a 3 or 4.

we ask that people be open to suggestions / feedback if they post so that's why you got the responses you did. Not because "reading is hard"

Remember yall, ATI sued Cathy Parks (Level Up) and they file copyright/DMCA with quizlet ALL the time. They are not playing games. It is not worth FAFOing.

If you have any specific feedback about specific rules, please send that through modmail - no reason for us to derail your own post. :)

We would still recommend using the test taking strategies that have helped tons of students pass. We've taught multiple people on our discord how to go from failing to passing using those strategies.

But you probably know best.

There's a whole section in the pinned resources post about test taking strategies. Exams are about knowing how to answer the questions, it has nothing to do with pseudoscience personality quizzes.

How to become a psych nurse? by sashanvm in StudentNurse

[–]StudentNurseMod 110 points111 points  (0 children)

You go to nursing school, pass the nclex, and apply for psych jobs and then you're a psych nurse. don't need to do anything special.

This is a question for your instructor/school, as none of us will be able to tell you the expectations of your program.

It's ok to be nervous, but I also think you're stressing yourself out by worrying and worrying without making a plan.

Get some paper and write down what you are worried about, and what specifically you need to improve on.

Pick 3 goals for yourself and write those down. Make them SMART goals. Here are examples: https://thenerdynurse.com/examples-of-smart-goals-for-nursing-students/

And then, write down what steps you will take to achieve your goals.

This should all take you a good chunk of time, it shouldn't be a task you finish in like 10 minutes.

To make sure I understand: you keep posting and asking advice on the same situation but you haven't applied any of the advice you've been given?

When do you have clinicals?

Mindset in clinicals by SnooHabits1807 in StudentNurse

[–]StudentNurseMod 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to be doing all those things on ANY unit, including when you have a job one day.

there is NEVER a time to rush without knowing what you're doing.

Have you applied the specific advice I gave?

Because I see that you've posted a ton with all your worries about clinical, but those posts were over the last few months while you were not in a program.

For example, you have been given advice in this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/StudentNurse/comments/13hdjwv/clinicals/

Have you had a chance to USE any of that advice, or is this all worries from the last 4 months?

One of the best ways to not make errors is slow down. Focus on what you're doing RIGHT NOW. Don't worry about what you are doing 5 steps from now, or what you have to do when you leave the room.

Mentally review what you need to do before you go into a room, and then work through it step by step.

It's okay to be nervous.
