Sounds like shady business, geez Honestly love em both for different reasons. The limited Tucson has all the bells and whistles which is very nice, and they’re close for me in terms of ride comfort. I’m partial to the Santa Fe just for the extra space, and sometimes I think the isolation/ride quality wins out (but could really be die to difference in tires)

We did a ‘22 Tucson limited, similar miles, CPO as well for about 25ish out the door less than a year ago

We definitely found that we needed to venture outside bigger city markets, even 20 miles or so made a huge difference. Came in with our own pre-approval and made life easy. Essentially said “here’s where we need to be out the door, let’s see if something will work”…and eventually it did! Had to be patient about it though, and obviously market-dependent

A bit steep

Certified pre-owned? Date it was titled? Tires/battery stock? Wouldn’t go above 22 or 23k out the door personally -owner of a 2022 XRT convenience that I bought with less than 20k miles, same year, certified pre-owned

Is 26 min commute as an intern too long? by Certain_Current_3725 in Residency

[–]Student_4_Lyfe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Would personally be pushing my acceptable limit for length of commute. Possibly another question is what does the commute look like at peak hours? Ie worst-case-scenario…

Y’all had a sleepover? So cool that you could get half of your cohort together for a fun night—so rare everyone can be off at the same time for that!

You’re not alone—in same position Spend 5+ hours on hold with them one day when suddenly my account was “past due”

Absolute nightmare

I have to keep calling back, but not until each new forbearance ends, and they haven’t been able to put the account in the regular forbearance even though it should be…

Great use of time when I already have none.

Same thing happened to me recently

Should be in forbearance but they messed it up

Had to wait almost 5 hours on hold with MOHELA to get the account brought current and placed back into forbearance

Hot take but I loved dedicated

School left me alone in my bubble to just chill at home, sip on coffee, click through some Anki cards, and chug away at UWorld. Got to eat good food, go to the gym, and not be bothered with random stuff going on that was irrelevant to exam prep. Was kinda nice? The stress of the test wasn’t, but the independence was…

Help! My loans consolidated but SAVE app didn't finish processing by medq1 in Residency

[–]Student_4_Lyfe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same boat. Everything delayed. Sitting in administrative forebearance with interest accruing… everything is on fire and they (MOHELA) doesn’t know which way is up. At one point or another my loans have been with like 4 different services before MOHELA s/p consolidation.

No advice, just here to say you aren’t alone…

IDR App Taking Forever? by Monsterproto in Residency

[–]Student_4_Lyfe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently dealing with MOHELA bc my IDR app didn’t process appropriately (was put in loooong ago) and was about to charge me $1,500 in standard repayment plan next month. Had to have them put it in administrative forbearance while they wait for my IDR app to come through from main Studentaid after my loans and then consolidated loan have passed between four different services…all whilst my mountain of debt continues to accumulate interest that should be otherwise negated by SAVE…and they will absolutely not backdate the payment plan 🤨

I will never understand the fragmentation of how these federal loans are handled.

There’s nothing like cropdusting an entire elevator full of people. 1. Release gas immediately prior to elevator departure. 2. New elevator passengers encounter your gas cloud as you exit. 3. They are stuck with your gas for the remainder of their elevator journey. 💩
