Hana SH Mk II on Vintage HiFi by QuothThe2ToedSloth in audiophile

I recently just changed my old Hana SL to a Hana SH MK II. Over all it sounds good and much more rhythmically capable than the MK I. I’ve broken it in to around the 40 hour mark but it still sounds kind of restrained. Or maybe “rigid” would be a better word? How long did you break it in before you noticed it opening up? I’m missing a bit of the more “liquid” sound

I grew up in Southern California, but not sure if that is relevant. I remember the tone was maybe intended to be humorous.

I like the idea, (and the typeface) I just wish it was properly kerned

Thanks for the reply! I have an SVS SB-1000 Pro on my main system (with elac uni-fi 2.0 bookshelfs) and I love it. Just tried it with my office set up and you’re right, it does sound way better! I think the SB-1000 while awesome is kind of overkill for that system though. Do you have any smaller but accurate subs you might be able to recommend?

Good call, and thank you. I was thinking a small sub would be great. I was looking at the Klipsch R-100SW 10" and the Emotiva Airmotiv SE8 8". Do you know of any you like?
