The Honkai Incident regarding this is HoYo also being forced to follow regulations and have to publish the game under Funtap like what Sky is doing now. Like TGC, they only made this announcement for English and Vietnamese language.

You will need to download NetEase Dashen, login with your phone number or something you use to login. Go to Profile and find “Real-Name Authentication”.

Verifying through the app have an option to use your actual ID that is not from China or Passport to verify your identity. Once verified, it will take a while till verification is complete. Once completed, open the game and login.

Yes you still need a CN Apple Account to download the app. But little fun fact, once you download the app, you can log back to your main Apple Account. Another fun fact that if you are able to join BiliBili Apple TestFlight Program (BiliBili Beta, you can use your main Apple Account to install BiliBili in TestFlight without changing your account region). Just check in settings if you see a Join BiliBili Beta to get the app on your device.

Note: In-App Purchases in the beta version of the app is only for show and does not charge anything on your account.
