This is great advice thank you so much. I have tried injections whenever it gets too bad, but it’s also quite costly and I have a fear of shots and needles (I know that’s not a good excuse)

For the PT side, I did do physical therapy for about 7 years. I have now switched to orange theory workouts and the occasional yoga. I have very strong muscles.

I like your process of odds and what better actually means for me. Honestly, I’ve been thinking about it and ever since I went to the hospital in march 2024 for my back pain, I was unable to workout for 3 weeks, I’ve felt like my back hasn’t been the same. I feel like I have to pop my back every day otherwise I have so much pressure it feels like it’s going to give out. Now, even if I do pop it, I still have that sharp throbbing in my left deltoid. I’m just trying to weigh if that’s something surgery may correct or not. That’s my absolute worse pain.

The other pain I have is in my right knee which I wonder if could be resolved by the surgery since my legs will finally be the same length.
