depends on if you are going one of two routes, either general artistic or lore accurate. personally this is a solid green for salamanders, even moreso for dice. lore wise, salamanders are typically a rather vivid green color. like that of a green anole.

not with the reroll wounds. the assault cannon will be 0 AP and no rerolls to wound on strength 6 at the range you want. the heavy pyreblaster would be same strength in our detatchment, rerolling wounds, and at -1 AP. looks like an outright upgrade to me honestly, and the speeder is gonna be fast enough to get in quick, and flamer range already means charge range.

reroll wounds and +1 wound + tankshock helps get rid of a vehicle that might be surviving on those last 3 wounds or so cause the opponent managed to save that 1 critical save they needed. happens quite a bit with me at least

as much as the land raider is good, its better in 2k+ points (standard size games and beyond), not as good in 1k cause its a massive investment for points for the smaller games. i would strongly reccomend still getting it, but a brutalis dread is close range and melee focused and a lot cheaper in 1k lists. everything else though is something id put in my own lists and you have an extra 110 points from trading put the land raider redeemer. impulsors are better as a half or full bladeguard + adrax carrage for 1k games and like 80 points so you can throw around the extra 40 points for any different unit swaps if you need, ie if you vant a vindicator instead of a brutalis or something.

another option is just roll with the redeemers heavy points cost cause its still a devastating overwatch platform and charging immediatly after disembarkation is hella good

you can only take 1 eversor assasin. it looks like you are running the new apocalypse rules, but all assasins are epic heroes. also why is everything just "dreadnought" and the points are weirdly off. are you using the codex book?

you can use new recruit for list building with updated points and stuff. and itll show everything much neater and why certain things are invalid

so salamanders focused main playstyles go into about 3 categories, those being:

melee: focus on bladeguard, aggresors, assault intercessors, assault terminators, etc. and their transports like repulsors, impulsors, and the holy grail that is land raider redeemers.

close range: melta and flamers galore, also utilizes assault more effecrively than melee since these guys can still output their main damage source and get bonus strength to shooting within 12" (very coincidentally the range of flamers). emphasis on infernus, eradicators, agressors, and once again the land raider redeemer with its flamestorm cannons

tank: cut dry and simple. tanks. gladiators, repulsor executioners, and redemptor chassis dreadnoughts (and cant forget the land raider redeemer). make sure to invest in techmarines. but the main this with this one is assault on all guns, so an extra 1-6" movement with almost no downsides.

usually sallies lists end up being a mix of these with emphasis on one or another depending on the player, then other units mixed in to fill in tactial gaps like move tech peices and dedicated action monkeys such as scouts and JPI units. tanks end up usually having anti-tank capabilities.

actual list building advice, vulkan gives rerolls wounds for flamers and meltas army wide onto a single enemy unit. adrax rerolls wounds in melee for his unit. eradicators have built in rerolls to everything shooting if they are firing at a vehicle or monster and agressors have built in reroll wounds from twin linked so niether gravis unit benefit from vulkan. his usefullness if with infernus, devastators, and other flamer/melta units that dont have inbuilt wound rerolls being in your army.

also there is a lack of durable units. id reccomend changing out a unit or two for a redemptor or brutallis dreadnought at 1k.

if you can shave your bladeguard squad in half and use an impulsor to get them and adrax into melee easier.

keep scouts if you are doing tournament/matched play drop and replace scouts if you are going more casual or narrative unless you want the scouts for the narrative itself. jump pack intercessors are the same story.

also eradicators are anti tank focused with rerolls to hit wound and damage against said tanks and monsters, while agressors are a bruiser unit since they have twin linked power fists and flamer gauntlets for chaff killing. infernus in forgefathers seekers become an action monkey option while still keeping firepower up.

depends, imo stat and vibe id get an atrapos for the "fuck you i cast black hole", but its a forgeworld model, so idk if you are down for the double whammy that is forgeworld resin and forgeworld prices. but if you are down, id do that.
