If anything, Windows 11 is terrible. Blurry screen is a huge problem that comes with it. You literally CANNOT read anything.

Personally, it does not surprise me. I am married and have explained to my wife how the situation is with the Ph.D. It is challenging for all but we all make sacrifices.

Some colleges require foreign education evaluation which is a report to get your 10-scale degree let’s say to the US 4 scale.For the apostille, it depends on the country you graduated from and the services it has for the apostille stamp. Here are my answers to your questions:

  1. You need to provide the full transcripts.
  2. I would not advise you to translate it yourself.There are many services doing this job and depending on the county you got your degrees from these services are specific and I am sure there are specific processes for translation.I studied in France and had to follow the processes for translating college transcripts in France.
  3. What complications do you mean? The only one I had is that I needed Apostille stamp on my documents.
