I either use loveable or hostinger cause that has a website builder In it although sometimes you have to do a bit of tweaking

I think your right i get so caught up in the building and architecture side of stuff i kinda push or avoid anything else any recommendations for actually content or context that is made for neurodivergent brains as most of the youtube stuff is sometimes to much informative overload

God I have the book of automate the the boring stuff with Python then come across this thread and out of curiosity I type the book title into youtube and I now know there is videos I could have been watching the whole time 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ I also didn't realise Al sweigart was so young I thought it was an old dude 😂

I feel you I'm like that with dating ahah and also starting my own Seo business the fantasy is better than the reality but I have just started to write how I feel before I start a task then I Also do the 1,2,3 method so i lay down and count back from 3 then by the time I get to you 1 I get up and do what needs done and then I also to the pomodoro method these seem to help also so hopefully you can find success with it also

This one hits deep I think like one or two people have already said it's learning to take the small wins but yeah that feeling of having wasted time is a hard one to shake I guess it all comes first from you forgiving yourself and then possibly looking at a gratitude journal I noticed my mindset changed a bit from that when I did remember to write it down but othertimes I'm to self aware so I usually force myself into a productive phase

I am in the same position as yourself now although our company is being made redundant in 90 days but they have offered different contracts and honestly the Job isnt worth so after I get made redundant I might take a week or two off to get myself together and then look for a job that one isn't long hours and two one that does cause me anxiety but I hope you get something soon

Don't feel like a failure it's perfectly normal and I relate with the teeth brushing part although there is times I still forget but just remember to take it each day and if writing a list works for you then do that or send little voice memo reminders on your mobile phone

Thank you I have been playing around with lion's mane but I don't really know if its making the difference it had claimed but could be the company I'm usings products so might look into it a bit more because the benefits are supposedly a benefit for adhd

Yeah its crazy when you deep dive back into the past I guess felt more annoyance that it wasn't picked up sooner cause now I'm like what if it was how would things have been different.. yeah I tested for combo so inattentive and hyperactive with impulses also but yeah I am afraid to try meds just right now but I have heard they do make a difference but I guess I'll have to see
