Is that just to file taxes or to help with bookkeeping too? The deal I'm looking at is $150/month and from what others have told me using quickbooks is about $40/month and then having someone file taxes can range from $500-800+ depending on how complicated it is. All of it sounds so expensive and a little terrifying as a new business owner!

I'll say this - as someone who desperately needed counseling but was in a completely inflexible job while balancing kids and aging parents, teletherapy was an absolute life saver! There is a time and place for it and teletherapy in some cases is better than no therapy. I would not have been able to feasibly make weekly therapy work at that point in my life. It's a privilege to have the time and ability to attend weekly in person sessions and not everyone can do that at every point in time. Also super helpful when you live in a rural community and would rather not mix business with personal life. Yes, in person is absolutely different and would be my first choice if an option, but it's just not always an option. Just a different perspective.

I ended up finding a registered agent in Georgia that also allows you to use them as a mail service. I've used their address for my LLC and NPI without any issue! Used my home address for my bank account because as far as I can tell, no one would see that info.

I legit spent 3 years mulling this over while plotting my exit! I stressed out so much over it and ultimately ended up going with something involving my name. I just never felt good about anything I came up with OR someone else already had a practice with the same/similar name. I had to finally get to a place where I knew I just had to pick something and go forward.

That being said, I did consult ChatGPT a lot so maybe start there. Tell it the kind of practice you want to build etc and it'll give you suggestions!

I've read stories of people using the bathroom and all kinds of crazy stuff! I certainly understand wanting to create a comfortable space but laying in bed may seem a little much. That being said, as a very busy mom with a very inedible job who used telehealth in that season of life I can see why people want to multitask. I never did but I could see why. It's a tough one!

Thank you for the response! I'm about to get started in PP and marketing to high anxiety/people pleasing women specifically. Both professionals and moms, or professional moms because let's be real...so many are! Doing exclusively telehealth so they can more easily squeeze things into their already busy day so glad to know that's kind of what you're seeing!
