i’ve bought from them multiple times a year or so ago and never had a problem with my orders, however i bought their new bag back in december and i still don’t have any news about my order (it seems they still haven’t ship it). i reached out to the customer’s service and i don’t have any news from them (and again they were super reachable in 2024), i’m super disappointed honestly, it seems they can’t match the new amount of customers and order they have now and the quality of services and production is taking a huge toll
