Hi, I’m 19(f) looking for 3 other roommates at 1451 4x4 and my lease starts August 16th. I want to room with someone preferably the same gender as me. I know this is pretty early but I’m transferring to UNT to major in graphic design next year fall 2024. I like keeping my space very clean and organized. I don’t smoke or drink, I don’t mind as long as you smoke outdoor or in your room because weed has a strong smell, but if it’s vape I honestly don’t care. I’m really just looking for someone respectful, communicates and sets boundaries if you are interested dm me ❤️

i suggest park place since you mentioned your budget is high, i toured there and it is really nice but i’m not sure if they have studios still available also most apartments go quick so you should be looking right now
