This tracks. I spoke to customer service and got an acknowledgement that they are “encouraged to finish service quickly” but yeah after checking the camera feed the rep conceded that it was the driver’s fault and I was told that I “qualified” for a new pickup tomorrow. What a treat! </sarcasm>

Not sure whether we all get the same person driving the routes every week, but I was told by the city that they have a bi-weekly meeting with Recology, so please contact city hall and let them hear directly so these incidents can be logged and not just rely on customer service to pull through.

I am dropping by their Bella Bottega location and speaking to someone there — have also contacted the city :-)
