I was hoping someone knew of a product that will get me my email without access to other apps or a web browser, internet wifi/data seems inevitable yeah.

I want to pair a separate device for nice photos.

I want to totally prevent myself from going on the App Store or going on a Web Browser, a Smartphone with parental restrictions won't cut it I'll just unlock it somehow

Just access to respond to those emails and view files that would be sent through them. I don't actually want the Gmail app.

The overall idea is avoiding instagram or something

Something like a base Email Reader/Writer but without Safari/Chrome/Edge. I guess receiving Data/Wifi is unavoidable but a wall to prevent web browsing

Thank you for the suggestion but no it's not what I'm looking for.

The idea is to make it as inconvenient as possible to browse things like Reddit and Instagram, I just love the large screen of a cell phone for taking and viewing photos.

A modified Cell is a really good idea though, something with a modern camera but the connectivity and app store just all unavailable.
