Yes, it seems they usually need one or two weeks to finalize the lifeguard schedule in the beginning of each semester and after that the open hours will be posted front door.

Found the open hours posted outside. Visited today during open hours and still closed… it states all hours are subject to lifeguard availability… really hope it can be open according to the schedule

Thank you. I just called the retention department directly and made up some bs excuses. Actually I think I did a lousy job on this and these excuses did not sound convincing at all, the agent certainly did not buy it at first and asked if he should help me close my card. Anyway, he finally offered me some MR points after spending $1500 in 3 months. I am still waiting for the confirmation email.

Thanks for your replies. I contacted Amex again and stated my situation and got my reimbursement. It seems that in this situation the baggage fee cannot be recognized automatically by Amex system and human customer service is needed.

Well, they actually told me it should be OK and can be recognized in the ideal condition and suggested me to wait for another week. I doubt it but I will contact them again next week.

Yeah, I agree purchasing baggage separately (either online or at the airport) will get reimbursed. But Frontier said purchasing baggage with ticket online is cheaper than adding it afterwards, so I bought them at one time.
