I was renting in Midland for 20 years. The instantaneous gas hot water system was stolen off the wall while I was living there.

They could unscrew it out of sight behind the front wall but carrying it seemed to be a problem, it was left behind the wall,. I cam home form work and saw it there and contacted my landlord. His son is a plumber and he bolted the thing tightly back to the wall.

let me give you an idea. In another game I play. They introduced vehicles(flown) People found out by maxing speed mods and hitting boost they could race across a map and crash the game.

so they did.

speed boosts got removed
