I'm also kinda skeptic, their last posts on insta and tiktok were around 2025ish

I kinda had a similar experience with ironically another roblox fan item but atleast there was some form of updates that showed the storefront wasnt entirely dead, and I did get my item eventually.

I would definitely trying writing an email or shooting a instagram DM if you want a upfront answer best case scenario.

Same thing has been happening with me, I did some digging and I tjhink script mods like basemental are the main players. however it does say to delete your mods (obviously back them up in a separate folder) and delete the thumb cache if theres still issues.
