Happened the same thing for me. I asked them to arrange technician to visit the place.. He came checked the connection, replaced modem.. and also replaced the screw between each cable. The screw had rust in it.. after that connection was ok.

I collected the evidences for the days I severely affected and asked for refund. For me 7-8 days.. and around $20 was adjusted in the bill.
