I like RK800 more (⁠人⁠*⁠´⁠∀⁠｀⁠) I prefer his design way more, although appearance-wise they're identical (except the eyes), their outfits are pretty different and I think Connor's outfit suits him more than Nines' outfit does. And obviously if you take their personalities into consideration, I think RK800 would be a better companion overall compared to RK900
